Entry Fee:                                 $150 per male or female team

                                                $250 for both teams

 

                                                Please forward entry fee, made payable to the

RHS Activities Club, to:

Participant entries:                     Entries must be submitted on-line this year at www.athletic.net by Wednesday, March 23rd.   

 

Locker Rooms:                         Locker rooms will be available for athletes to dress.  Because we are unable to assure the security of the locker room facilities, please impress upon your athletes the inherent risk of leaving valuables in the locker room.

 

Uniforms:                                  See enclosed memo

 

 

 

Awards:                                   - Medals will be given through four places in all events

                                                - Outstanding relay awards will be given to both a boys and girls relay team

                                                -  First and second place team trophies will be given to

                                                   overall champions

 

 

 

 

Coaches Meeting:                     Rincon cafeteria.  Coaches only, please.

Hospitality Room:

 

Bus Parking:                             Teams should enter the south parking lot using Arcadia Blvd.

 

Trainer:                                     The Rincon trainer, Jon Herzner, will be located on the northeast corner of the track.

 

Admission:                                $4.00  Adults

                                                $2.00  Students with I.D.

                                                Under 6 free

 

Public Parking:                          Spectators should enter the south parking lot using Arcadia Blvd.

 

Concessions:                            Food concessions will be located immediately east of the track.  Rincon Relay T-shirts will be sold.
